Echoing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Dragon's Dogma 2, and Assassin's Creed, Pearl Abyss (known for the MMORPG Black Desert Online) has left us wanting more after our first preview of Crimson Desert, an upcoming open-world action adventure game. With a well put together world, and satisfying combat, plus some epic boss battles here and there, can this single-player adventure stand out amongst the crowd?
Das Spiel wollte ich irgendwann eh noch haben, bei einer guten Switch 2 Portierung, sollte sie erscheinen, greife ich gerne zu. Sonst wird es irgendwann mal auf der Xbox gekauft. ^^

Development studio Pearl Abyss has been trying to get Crimson Desert up and running on the Nintendo Switch 2 and have stated that they would only bring the game over to the platform if it was in a satisfactory state. Now the company has said in its earnings letter that they have it up and running on Nintendo’s latest platform and they are in the process of fully optimising it. Pearl Abyss said that they plan to release Crimson Desert on the Nintendo Switch 2 in the first half of next year.
“In the case of Switch 2, the game has reached a playable baseline, and we are currently conducting technical reviews regarding performance optimization and quality standard compliance, targeting a release in the first half of next year.”
